This verse speaks about Jesus and his spiritual desire and compassion to provide food to the hungry. A shepherd’s natural instinct is to feed and take care of his sheep. We see it again when he feeds a hungry crowd of thousands. A pastor should feed his flock. The disciples tell Jesus to send them away. The job seemed too large, and the people’s need to great to them. But like a good shepherd does, he said bring what we have, we will bless it and there will be more than enough. This is the” Mega Philosophy”. Since their call to Mega in 2002, Bishop and Co pastor Graham have been faced with many challenges.  Often it may have looked like the odds were against them. But they prayed, blessed what we had, and there has always been more than enough. In the beginning, the numbers were small. Their own place of worship had not even yet been established. But they blessed what they had and prayed, and it grew, and it continues to grow. Like Jesus, they moved with the eyes of faith. Little is much, when God is in it. They trusted God to keep his promises. They continue to feed all who are willing to receive the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They understand their responsibility to feed the word of God, in season and out of season. Physically or virtually, the word must be taught, and the people must be fed. So they continue to fulfill the calling, here at Mega until He comes again.
