The mission for the Youth Department is to teach and lead young strong boys and girls to be effective, and spiritually wise men and women. By allowing them to participate in various aspects of the Ministry, they are able to receive practical training. Just like Jesus did with his disciples, they are mentored and taught to become students of the scriptures. When they are spiritually mature enough they can become junior deacons, trustees, and become a part of our youth choir and praise teams. Many youth auxiliary services are open to them and they are allowed to develop their spiritual gifts and skills. In addition, they are able to visit other ministries, have youth trips to places of interest and develop lasting friendships to see them through adulthood.
